South African Institute for Entrepreneurship (SAIE)
Mission Statement
South African Institute for Entrepreneurship's mission is to develop an entrepreneurial culture and mindset in youth and adults, and to assist in the creation of entrepreneurs.  South African Institute for Entrepreneurship develops innovative materials that utilise original, creative methodologies, and trains educators and trainers to convey business skills and uncover entrepreneurship qualities.
Executive Summary
The South African Institute for Entrepreneurship was established in 1996.  The initial focus was to provide business skills training materials for illiterate or semi-literate adults. This resulted in the development of the BEST Game, a simulation training tool that provides an interactive and intensive work-out in which participants learn basic business management principles by running a virtual venture in the training room.
