Many organisations have not yet met the full information requirements, and you need to take urgent action on this. We cannot present any NPO as a verified Cause if your basic information is not complete. You have only a few days to act upon this.

If your information is not complete by Monday, 22 August 2005, the next Giving Exchange applicant down the list will take that place at the expo.

4. Volunteer request
5. NPO Registration Certificate
6. SARS PBO Registration Letter
7. Most recent audited financial statements and annual report, if you have one.
8. Most recent report submitted to the Directorate of NPO and most recent report submitted to SARS on registration as an NPO.

Please note that requirements 5 to 8 listed above are the essential information that we use to verify your organisation. We cannot put forward an applicant without this information, and many of you have still not fulfilled these essential requirements.
