The Foschini Group is calling for applications from non profit organisations with a proven track record in creating opportunities for employment. Applications must be in by the END OF FEBRUARY.

To be eligible, organisations must submit projects that:

• Will lead to opportunities for employment, especially for people aged 18 – 35 who make up the highest proportion of unemployed people in the country.
• Benefit historically disadvantaged people – project beneficiaries should be at least 90% black (as per the definition in the BBBEE codes).
• Will be implemented by a registered NPO with a proven track record and strong governance.
• Have established monitoring and evaluation methods required to track the progress of the project.
• Give people skills and/or create jobs.
