The vision of Neo Birth Care Centre and its volunteers is to care for, counsell, train and equip the greater Rustenburg community and that of the North-West Province, empowering people with the knowledge needed to enrich their own lives and those of their families and communities.

 

Our mission is to aid in and support the establishment of family care centres; which provide crisis counseling, intervention, physical, emotional and spiritual support, shelters for needy and vulnerable children, which provide, physical care a stable family environment. To provide training programmes to educate, equip and empower, with basic life and counselling skills to childcare workers, illiterate women, families and community members

Touch Community Network trading as Neo Birth Care Centre has been founded in 1996 as a care center which led to various community projects and services. These projects are managed from 143 Bethlehem Drive, Rustenburg. This Care Centre has reached out to communities in the whole North West Province. Physical care is provided to clients through the services of the various centres, places of safety and feeding schemes as well as various donations ‘in kind’ received by the centre.
