GreaterGood SA would like to send a heartfelt thank you to Freelancentral – an agency who are in the business of finding freelance design talent for clients and promoting designers’ portfolios online – and eighteen of their freelance designers who have volunteered their time and talents free of charge to design posters for the Causes who will be exhibiting at this year’s Giving Exchange.
The Giving Exchange 2006 will involve two high profile expos in September to be held at Sandton City, Johannesburg and the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town. In order to optimise the fundraising and marketing opportunities that the Giving Exchange offers, just 20 successful applicants (which received the most votes during online voting by the public) have each received an ‘”expo grant”, made possible by The Fidentia Group and Noah Financial Innovation’s Broking for Good Foundation.
As part of the Giving Exchange mission of providing the grants to exhibitors, Freelancentral have provided each of the exhibiting organisations with a dedicated graphic designer to work with the organisations to develop four large A0 display posters for each organisation, which will slot into display stands for the expos and can also be reused by the organisations after the Giving Exchange.
We are very grateful to the designers for this generous contribution. The freelancer designers, whose contributions will be acknowledged in the displays and also on the GreaterGood SA website, are:
