| Men and Masculinities Programme, focusing on the Youth is developed specifically for encouraging the constructive involvement of young men in the work of gender equality. It is also meant to encourage men to form partnerships with women to achieve gender equality as well as change their attitudes in order to reduce gender-based violence and the spread of HIV/AIDS. On the 28 October we would like to hold a public event with a group of young men. The event will take the form of a workshop highlighting all sorts of skills eg creative writing, painting, drama etc to highlight some of the issues young men face. This will culminate into a march in support of intitiative in the fight against gender based violence |
