Volunteers are needed every week day morning during school term to help in the swimming pool. help is needed dressing and undressing the children as well as help in the pool. The volunteers helping in the pool will have to get into the water with the children to support them and do exercise with their limbs in the water.
The more volunteers we have in the pool, the more children we can help on a daily basis. Each child needs at least one helper as our children cannot swim and need to be supported all the time. The water therapy is very beneficial as it is a weight less environment and limbs can be exercised without doing damage.
