The old saying 'seeing is believing' is so true in the case of our volunteers and the schools and surrounding communities that we work in - only by seeing the work that is being done can people truly share in the success and understand the impact that our professional volunteers are having. The experiences of our educators, learners and volunteers are, most often, based on personal interactions, and as such are difficult to report on in facts and figures. It is a often a challenge for us to take our stakeholders and interested parties to our interventions, this video would allow us to bring our interventions to our stakeholders.
Capturing, and being able to share, the great work that is being done by our volunteers within the schools and surrounding communities, will enable Twenty30 to show various interested parties, and stakeholders what an impact one person is truly able to have by giving of their time and personal expertise. In addition, one of the most rewarding aspects of our programme is the personal growth that is experienced by our volunteers - this is something that should be seen to be understood! With an effective tool for sharing our success, we believe that our reach and impact will increase substantially on all levels, allowing for the growth of Twenty30.
