An analysis of our IT system. Identifying the cause of occurring problems and how these can be resolved.
How will it be accomplished?
We need an IT person to assist us with our maintenace on our computers and perhaps willingly offer to continue doing so.
Beneficiaries: who are they?
CARE admin staff including managers of various projects will benefit from this exercise in promoting efficacy and the minimizing of current high maintenance costs.
What are the key challenges you foresee?
We do not have the funds to pay for an IT person and if we cannot find someone to help us we will not be able to do our job as an organisation.
What will it take to achieve this?
IT expertise and a couple of hours spent at CARE
